Alfrapark

Alfrapark is an office park that was designed with the best practices in mind, while offering a set of high quality services, in an exclusive development, surrounded by green spaces, with a 24/7 resident security team, in Alfragide, 5 minutes away from Marquês de Pombal (Lisbon city centre) and less than 10 minutes away from Lisbon Airport.

With more than 22,000sqm of office space and around 1,500 car parking spaces currently available, the Alfrapark, when completed, will have more than 35,000sqm of office space. Customers have at their disposal a restaurant, café, conference and meeting rooms, heliport and large green areas surrounding the buildings.

In 2022, Alfrapark began the work to complete the infrastructures of the development, which benefits Customers with more green areas, sidewalks and parking areas.

Alfrapark, under an ESG policy that is attentive to the best market practices, pioneered the installation of a photovoltaic panel system with a production capacity of 228MWh on the roofs of its buildings, which allows for savings of around 122 tons of CO2 emitted per year into the atmosphere, the equivalent of planting more than 1,000 trees every year. Alfrapark will keep investing on ESG best practices, sharing with its clients a more concerned ecological footprint.
